Tomoki Momozono, also known as “Momo,” was born in Aomori, Japan. While attending at Sophia University in 2001, he started his career as a sports photographer. He also worked as a studio assistant and a trainee photographer to widen up his fields and the knowledge of lighting skills. After two years of training, he made a contract with a Japanese publisher known as Bungeishunju as a professional photographer covering sports, portraits and still life for five years. In June 2011, he decided to move to the UK to turn freelance based in London.
